How we work
Intro call
30 minutes. What you need, what it should do, and roughly where it lands on price. No pitch deck.
Design period
Two days of thinking before any code. Longer on bigger projects. This is where the expensive mistakes get caught, and where the real quote comes from.
Build
A basic site goes live within 10 days of the design period. Bigger builds get scoped individually. You see progress as it happens, not at the end.
After launch
A care plan for upkeep, support and updates — or a 20-day warranty if you'd rather not take one. Hosting is separate, from €15/month.
One fixed price. Everything else is built.
The simple website is a real product at a real price: €700, a few pages, fast, mobile, a working contact form. If that's what you need, that's what it costs and there's nothing else to discuss.
Past that we stop using boxes. A restaurant site with live reviews, delivery integration and reservations lands between €1,500 and €2,500 — and where it lands depends on how many integrations there are and whether the design is custom, not on which tier we've decided to put you in.
You get the number after the two-day design period, once we know what we're actually building. Not on the first call, and not before we've thought about it.
Fixed price per project, agreed in writing. Never hourly.

The assistant on this site is ours. It answers from our real pricing and process, refuses to invent a number, and hands over to a person when it can't help. Same thing we'd build for you.
Our own CRM
We run our recruitment operation on a CRM we built, with AI document automation inside it. When we write about building these, we've built one.
Our own sites
primework.pl and the rest of our domains are our own work. You can go and look at them.
The terms, up front
Payment
30% upfront, 70% on completion. Cancel and the 30% is what you forfeit — nothing more.
Agreement
Written, on every project, regardless of size.
NDAs
Signed, no discussion needed.
Warranty
20 days post-launch when you don't take a care plan.
Invoicing
Primework Group sp. z o.o., a registered Polish company. You get a proper EU invoice, not a PayPal request.
