Every project runs the same way. Here it is in full.

No discovery workshops, no strategy phase you didn't ask for. Five stages, and you know what's happening at each one.

01

The call — 30 minutes

You tell us what you need and what it should do. We ask questions, mostly about your customers and your current process. By the end you know roughly what the project involves and roughly where it lands on price. Nothing is signed and there's no pitch deck.

02

Design period — 2 days

We think before we build. Two days for a website, longer for apps and CRMs. You get a direction and a fixed quote — a real number, not a range. This is where the expensive mistakes get caught, which is why we don't skip it even when you're in a hurry.

03

Build

You pay 30% and we start. A basic site goes live within 10 days of the design period; bigger builds get their own schedule. You see progress as it happens on a preview link, not in a reveal at the end.

04

Launch

Remaining 70% on completion. Domain, hosting and email connected, everything handed over in your name. You own all of it.

05

After

A care plan for upkeep, support and updates — or a 20-day warranty if you'd rather not take one. Hosting is separate, from €15/month.

What we need from you

Projects run late for one reason, and it isn't technical. It's waiting on content.

  • —What your business does, in one sentence
  • —Your three most important pages
  • —Real photos. Phone photos are fine and usually better than stock
  • —The text for each page. You know your business; we'll edit
  • —Access to your domain and anything we're connecting to
  • —One person who can approve things

How we communicate

Email for anything that needs a record. A call when it's faster. You'll deal with the same person for the whole project, not a handoff to an account manager.

When things change

Scope changes happen. A small addition we absorb. Anything larger gets quoted before it's built, so the number you agreed doesn't move quietly.

Money, plainly

01

Fixed price

Per project, agreed in writing. Never hourly.

02

30 / 70

30% upfront, 70% on completion. Cancel and the 30% is what you forfeit — nothing more.

03

Invoicing

Primework Group sp. z o.o., a registered Polish company. A proper EU invoice.

04

NDAs

Signed. No discussion needed.
