04 — CRM & AUTOMATION

The system that runs the company.

Every client, conversation and document in one place, with the repetitive parts handled automatically. We run our own business on one we built.

What this is

A CRM is one place where every client, conversation and document lives, instead of four spreadsheets, an inbox and a WhatsApp group. That's it. The rest is detail.

Automation is the layer on top: the emails that send themselves, the documents that fill themselves in, the reports that arrive without anyone building them.

We built ours for our own recruitment operation, with AI document automation inside it, and we still use it every day. When we say this works, we mean on us.

What's included

01

One pipeline

Every client and deal in one view, at the stage it's actually at.

02

Documents handled

AI reads what comes in, pulls out the fields, and fills your templates. The most boring automation and the one that saves most.

03

Emails that send themselves

Follow-ups, confirmations and reminders, triggered by what happens in the pipeline rather than by someone remembering.

04

AI assistants inside

Agents that answer from your own data, draft replies, and flag what needs a human. Never inventing numbers.

05

Reporting

The numbers you actually make decisions on, without anyone rebuilding a spreadsheet every Monday.

06

Roles and permissions

Your team sees what they need. Clients see only their own, if you give them a login.

07

Grows with you

Starts as a simple pipeline. Becomes the internal platform. Same system, no migration.

What it costs

This is the top of our four tiers, up to around €10,000 for a premium CRM with custom AI agents and automated email flows.

It's rarely all built at once. Most start with the pipeline and one automation, then add. What moves the number: how many people use it, how many processes it covers, how much AI is involved, and what it has to connect to.

AI features have a running cost on top of the build, billed per use. We size it with you rather than guessing.

The final price is always built from your scope. We don't sell packages.

Who this is for

  • A business running on spreadsheets that has outgrown them.
  • Anyone whose team re-types the same data in three places.
  • Anyone processing documents by hand, repeatedly.

Who it isn't for

  • A business with one person and twenty clients. A spreadsheet is genuinely fine and we'll tell you so.
  • Anyone who wants AI because it's AI. It has to replace a real task.

How it runs

01

The intro call

30 minutes. What you need, what it involves, roughly what it costs.

02

Two-day design period

We map the scope with you and come back with a fixed price in writing.

03

The build

Weeks, not months. You see it as it goes, not at the end.

04

Launch and handover

Live, connected, and every login handed to you.

Questions people ask

A website brings people in. This runs what happens after. Most clients end up with both.
