What this build does
The panicking one is served first. A permanent bar across the top carries the 24-hour emergency number and a tap-through for what to do before you arrive. Nothing else on the page competes with it.
For everyone else, booking starts with which animal — each one already on file with its history, so the owner does not retell it. Then the reason for the visit, then the vet, then the time, confirmed on the page with reschedule and cancel. The phone view keeps vaccination status and records a tap away.
Cost is handled the way a good practice handles it verbally: consultations are a fixed published price, treatment is quoted before anything starts, and if something changes mid-procedure they call. Writing that on the site removes the fear that stops people booking.
