What this build does
The flow is staged — consultation type, a short about-you section, what brings you in, format and time — with a line under the sensitive fields saying everything there is confidential and seen only by the clinician. The review screen shows the consultation, the format, what was noted and the deposit, which is deducted from treatment if the patient proceeds and refundable up to forty-eight hours before.
Three consultants are introduced with the detail that matters at this price point: all registered, all doing their own follow-ups rather than handing patients to a coordinator. A what-to-expect section is deliberately blunt about the parts people only ask about afterwards.
After treatment the patient view becomes an aftercare tracker — day three of fourteen, with expected swelling and what to do at each stage. That is the part that reduces anxious phone calls in the two weeks following a procedure.
