What this build does

Entity type, a turnover slider from €25k to €5m+, then tick the services — the quote totals live and the monthly figure is stated as final: fixed monthly fees, no surprise invoices, no billing for phone calls. Sending the quote is one button, with amend and decline afterwards.

The client area is the retention half. VAT period and due date with a progress ring, sales invoices at 41 of 41, purchase receipts at 29 of 36 with an upload-the-last-seven prompt, bank feed reconciled, payroll run, accruals awaiting the client and draft accounts dated. Everyone can see who is holding the work up, which is usually the argument.

A deadlines section explains what is coming and how much notice the firm genuinely needs — useful to the client and, more quietly, protective of the firm.
