Recruitment CRM with a candidate pipeline and AI screening

The pipeline is the home screen: twenty-four in play, 418 candidates, thirty-one clients, twelve roles, with operations counters for documents, compliance items and invoices beside them. Opening a role — structural welders in Hamburg, fourteen placements, closing 30 September — shows the candidates in stages with advance, reject, move back and add note.

Each candidate carries a match score, a details tab and an AI summary, with a run-AI-screen action across the shortlist and a three-to-review queue that keeps the human in the loop rather than out of it. The reviewing consultant sees exactly which candidates are screened and still need a call.

The today view is what a desk manager opens first: four interviews, documents expiring, five awaiting visa, three flights to book and €11,100 of invoices due. Fee per head sits on the role, alongside placements made and filled, with a send-client-an-update action.
