What this build does
Hiška's reservation runs as steps rather than one long form: date, then sitting, then guests within the eleven-table limit, then wine pairing, then anything the kitchen should know, then a review screen showing when, which menu, what was noted and the €60 deposit due today. Back and confirm are always visible, so nobody feels trapped mid-flow.
The menu section is honest about being approximate — this week's courses, tap to read more, with a note that the final version is sent the day before you arrive. That single sentence prevents most of the emails a place like this receives.
Getting there is genuinely difficult, so it gets real estate: forty minutes from Ljubljana, the last four on an unpaved track, parking for nine cars by the barn, and an offer to arrange a driver for the return journey if you take the pairing. The history of the farmhouse sits underneath, short, for the people who read it after they have already booked.
